Dedicated server FAQ
Miami, Florida. The hardware sits in our Miami facility and the addresses on it are ours β announced from our Partner ASN out of our own IPv4 and IPv6 ranges.
The whole machine, a dedicated unshared port at 1 Gbps unmetered, one IPv4 address, a routed IPv6 /64, DDoS protection, KVM access with virtual media, and free setup. Faster ports, extra IPv4 addresses and backup space are optional and priced separately.
Outbound port 25 is blocked by default in this facility, so a server there cannot deliver mail directly. Talk to us before you order if the machine is meant to send mail and we will tell you what is possible.
Yes, yourself, from the portal. The addresses are in our own space so we control the reverse zone and do not have to ask anyone else to edit it.
Yes. We sell cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk and CloudLinux licences alongside the server, so the licence and the machine arrive on one invoice.
They ship self-managed: root is yours and the operating system is your responsibility. JetsNext can take on management as a separate service, and Acronis backup and KernelCare patching can be added to any server.
