Last updated: 10 July 2026
This is a standard template for review. Final terms should be approved by your legal counsel before launch.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products and services provided by JetsNext, a brand of XeonBD ("JetsNext", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
JetsNext provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, business email, software licensing and related services. Service-specific features, resource limits and pricing are described on the relevant product pages and in your order.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase services.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious or abusive content, to send spam, or to compromise the security or integrity of any network or system. We may suspend services that violate this policy or that place undue load on shared infrastructure.
5. Billing, renewals & refunds
- Fees are billed in advance in your selected currency and are due on the invoice date.
- Services renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Eligible hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domains, licenses and setup fees are non-refundable.
6. Domains
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry. You are responsible for renewing domains on time; expired domains may be subject to redemption fees or release.
7. Third-party licenses
Microsoft, Acronis, cPanel, CloudLinux and other licenses are governed by the respective vendor's end-user license agreements, which you agree to when the license is provisioned.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability as described in our Service Level Agreement. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetsNext shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by you for the affected service in the preceding three months.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
